Loreto College Ballarat is looking for a talented and suitably qualified person to fill the following position:

Director of ICT

Full time, Ongoing

The Director of ICT will demonstrate a forward-looking, informed, proactive, open, flexible and creative approach, working to ensure that Loreto College's stated philosophy, aims and objectives and Mission Statement are reflected in practice.

Skills, Attributes and Qualifications Required:

  • Relevant tertiary and/or industry qualifications and/or experience.
  • Detailed knowledge of wireless and wired networking solutions.
  • Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Server systems including Active Directory, Windows Deployment, WSUS, Microsoft Exchange, and Hyper-V virtualisation environment.
  • Detailed understanding of data backup and disaster recovery solutions
  • Ability to manage a variety of different database systems.
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexible work attitude.
  • Proven employee management skills.
  • Administrative and financial management skills.
